Meet Teresa

I was born and raised in Virginia, but Lakeland has been my home since 1999 when I attended Southeastern University, receiving a degree in Communications. My experience is in coordinating large-scale events and producing digital streaming content which has inspired my most recent endeavor of launching my first business, Help(her). I find joy in connecting others together to make magic happen!

My favorite people include my husband, Kevin and our three teens, Stephan, Caedmon and Rakiyah. I admire authentic writers and great storytellers. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, especially going north to experience fall each year.
